Work together

"People who work together will win, whether it be against complex football defenses, or the problems of modern society."

― Vince Lombardi

There will always be challenges

"Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less then perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful."

The stars in the sky looked down where he lay

Away in a manger, no crib for a bed,
The little Lord Jesus laid down his sweet head.

The stars in the sky looked down where he lay,
The little Lord Jesus asleep in the hay.
The cattle are lowing, the baby awakes,
But little Lord Jesus no crying he makes.

I love Thee, Lord Jesus, look down from the sky
And stay by my cradle til morning is nigh.
Be near me, Lord Jesus, I ask Thee to stay
Close by me forever, and love me, I pray.

Bless all the dear children in thy tender care,
And take us to heaven, to live with Thee there.

Fahren zeigt Ohnmacht, Gehen Kraft.“

(Johann Gottfried Seume)

Recognition for doing a good job

“Research indicates that workers have three prime needs:  Interesting work, recognition for doing a good job, and being let in on things that are going on in the company.”

– Zig Ziglar
